الوصف
الملخص:This chapter aims to share some reflections on the strength of black women. Which I have been building over the last 10 years, based on the pleasant approach to the Red de Mujeres del Norte del Cauca (Redmunorca), black feminist epistemologies and the recognition of my maternal/paternal peasant and Afro-indigenous ancestry linked to territory of Valle del Cauca and Cauca. I am based on the experience of accompanying Afro-descendant women and the return visits to the territory of Cauca - Colombia, during the years 2014 and 2015, within the framework of the research project Psychology and social peace initiatives in Colombia, of the PsicoPaz Research (2013- 2023). And also, in informal conversations with several of them between 2016 and 2024. I address the presence of feminine strength and the participation of black women in collective, ritual and festive spaces, as polyphonic expressions of resistance for transformation, collective action and spirituality/ancestry. I owe to this meeting the inspirations that mobilized this text that emerges to light today, to honor the ancestral black feminine strength.
