Summary:This volume constitutes the first publication of the Centre for visuaL hIstOry (CLIO), set up in 2023 at the Department of Historical Studies of the University of Milan in the context of the project ‘IMAGINeS: Images and History’, financed by the MUR’s Departments of Excellence programme for the period 2023-2027.
