It is a contribution to a new reading and understanding of the changes that have taken place in the last five years in Portugal and points to new directions for the emergence of other political measures and other forms of action in the face of a growing, diversified population with a strength of collective participation that must be faced, stimulated and even, even, taken advantage of in favour of cohesion and social growth.
