Résumé:In the association's practice, an additional body is to be found alongside the executive committee, which performs management functions and represents the association externally in legal matters. However, in this context, many questions have not yet been conclusively resolved. The author investigates these questions through the examination of this optional management and representative body of the association. Based on the theoretical findings, he also proposes formulation proposals for practice.
