Published Die Arbeit untersucht die strafrechtliche Verantwortlichkeit von Anbietern sozialer Netzwerke sowie »Anbietern nachgelagerter Ordnungen« (z.B. Gruppenadministratoren, Profilseitennutzer etc.). Dafür werden technische Architekturen sozialer Netzwerke analysiert und ihre Rolle bei der Förderung von (strafrechtswidriger) Kommunikation bewertet. Im Zentrum der Arbeit stehen Zurechnungsfragen in der digitalen Sphäre. Beleuchtet werden unter anderem die objektive und subjektive Zurechnung, mögliche Beteiligungs- und Verhaltensformen sowie Garantenpflichten. Es werden digitale Kommunikationsmerkmale (Permanenz, Beherrschbarkeit, Distanz, Neutralität und Multifunktionalität) auf ihre Relevanz für strafrechtliche und medienrechtliche Fragestellungen untersucht und erste Lösungen für deren Integration in bestehende Dogmen entwickelt.
