Περιγραφή
Περίληψη:Due to the need to be fast and flexible, companies are increasingly choosing to work with partners to gain access through them to the unique resources and capabilities needed to create new innovations that determine the development of a given organization. Nowadays, innovation is essential for identifying organizations, as well as for creating market solutions to increase the competitiveness and level of modernization of a given enterprise. In an uncertain and difficult environment, organizations face the possibility of releasing their innovation potential and – through the implementation of modern solutions – being more flexible and agile. These issues are addressed in this publication, its authors have the goal of showing the interrelationships in inter-organizational relations and their impact on the innovativeness of enterprises. The monograph consists of six chapters. The first three of them, presenting a literature review, are theoretical chapters. The authors paid attention to the definitional treatment of the phenomena and problems occurring both in the field of innovation and in the relationships of SME enterprises. They also characterized the inclusive leader in modern organizations. The fourth chapter discusses the structure of the enterprise, using a case study of the MacroChem S.A. enterprise. The next chapter is a description of the methodology of the conducted research. Whereas the last chapter analyzes the research carried in the area of inter-organizational relations and innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises, based on quantitative and then qualitative research. The results presented there are of great value for both management theory and practice. Nowadays, the basis of a company’s success is its innovation, so the sooner companies understand this and are able to build their potential based on relationships, the sooner they will achieve this success. However, it should be emphasized that this study can be a valuable source of inspiration not only for entrepreneurs, but also for researchers in the area of broadly understood development of inter-organizational relationships in a changing, turbulent environment.
