It is still a milestone in the development of the fundamental principles and concepts of the subject. The text introduces the organizational dimension of work and its safety into legal discourses, at a time when only technical devices were relied upon to prevent accidents. The study combines an integrated vision of the analysis of the causes of the phenomenon with the civil and criminal principles that regulate the subject, always placing prevention and not repression as the primary objective. The awareness of the need for global intervention leads to constant attention to the role of institutions, administrative apparatuses and recipients of safety obligations and their complex interactions. |
