The metric-rhythmic study focuses on the concept of the couplet as a metrical unit and on the hemistichal structure of the octosyllables. The analysed cases of hypometria reveal a deliberate emphasis on a specific term within the hemistich and are consistent with the author's style, as demonstrated by the extensive evidence. |
