| Summary: | This book brings together a research and teaching project developed in accordance with the new requirements of the Organic Law of the University System (LOSU) for access to the position of Associate Professor in the field of Labor and Social Security Law. The research component analyzes the key challenges of the Spanish system of social and labor protection for young people, through a legal-labor approach enriched with interdisciplinary insights. The teaching project presents an innovative proposal for the subject Labor Law II in the Bachelor's Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, applying active methodologies aligned with the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
