Whakarāpopototanga:At present, giving an account of daily life from the viewpoint of the academy demands new challenges and new ways of approaching the realities of each of the subjects that we come into contact with. We may do this from different places, one of which is related to the construction of the meanings. This exploration can make it possible to understand the relationship that we have with everyone else and with ourselves, based on a series of semiotic operations that make the flexibility possible of the meanings themselves and their modifications when they come in contact with the meanings of others. This book addresses, in each of its chapters, a review of the meanings by way of the semantic networks, a particular technique that makes it possible, given its flexibility in its application and its methodological rigor; to be implemented, thought, and reflected from particular conditions may be due to different contexts and object-subjects of study that are set forth in in this work.
