| Summary: | Health in Knowledge is a national project that aims to contribute effectively to scientific culture in Portugal by creating a health literacy campaign. This project brings various health-related topics to the public discussion arena, involving society in the organisation of Science Workshops – moments of discussion and sharing between citizens and CNC researchers – and in the co-production of science communication materials. Topics such as Sleep, Cancer, Menopause, Fertility and Pregnancy, Immunity, Neuropsychiatric Diseases, Neurodegenerative Diseases, Neuronal Development, Rare Diseases, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, Food and Metabolic Diseases, and Biotechnology and Advanced Therapies will be discussed. This project is funded by Ciência Viva as part of the 2019 Comunicar Saúde competition. |
