| Özet: | The current moment, characterized by the lack of definition of constitutionalism and the concept of constitution in national, comparative and global contexts, cannot ignore the roots of the constitutional movement. Founded on modern thought, troubled by liberal revolutions, and relatively stabilized after the Congress of Vienna, the nineteenth-century constitutionalism saw the birth of a specific institutional architecture informed by material dimensions, whose influence remains. This work aims to analyze the coordinates on which the various constitutional models are based and outline their foundations. |
