Broadband BPSK Transmitter Systems with Beam Steering at mm-Wave Frequencies

Presented is the design, assembly and testing of a novel wideband beam steering BPSK transmitter system operating around 246GHz. Novel antenna and packaging concepts are combined with cutting-edge chip design in SiGe to form a first-of-its-kind system.
