| Résumé: | Ensuring respect for human rights and their protection in digital globalization is a growing concern both at national and international level, as shown by the European Declaration on Digital Rights and Principles for the Digital Decade, preceded by the Portuguese Charter of Human Rights in Digital Era, as well as jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court, the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union. This book brings together various contributions from participants at the Coimbra Meeting of the Global Digital Human Rights Network, an E-COST action aimed at exploring the theoretical and practical challenges posed to human rights in the context of digital globalization. |
