| Sumari: | One of the objectives of the book is to analyze the subjective processes of Jewish people’s break with Zionism. In a way, the author presents us with a map of access to the pedagogical mechanisms activated by the “Zionist device” to produce “being a Zionist” and whose main objective is to make the defense of the State of Israel fully coincide with Judaism. The processes of breaking with the truths internalized in primary and secondary socialization had a double effect: on the one hand, the reinterpretation of the place that the State of Israel came to have in their lives, from a referent of justice to that of a racist and colonial entity, on the other, the encounter with the ethical-philosophical values of Jewishness, unfolding in public engagement with the Palestinian cause. |
