The volume highlights the challenges derived from gender-based violence, structural inequality, and social transformation, proposing legislative reforms, comprehensive and intersectoral attention, and inclusive approaches to guarantee the rights of children and adolescents. The work underscores the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to understanding and transforming social and legal structures toward a more equitable society.
