| Zusammenfassung: | The author outlines the framework of the social responsibility of science, i.e. the processes of conducting scientific research and the responsibility of the researcher for its results, as a management concept applicable in the world of science. The monograph also analyzes and evaluates the achievements of Polish researchers in the international arena, taking into account the potential for them to generate positive social impact. In turn, the subject of empirical research is the analysis and evaluation of changes in publication activity (expressed, for example, in the number of publications and citations), which was used to assess potential social influence. |
