| Riassunto: | Education, as one of the essential pillars for building a more just and inclusive society, is the central focus of this book. It proposes debates on epistemological approaches, theoretical approaches and educational interventions, highlighting the importance of education in transforming individuals and contexts, from the student to national public policies.
Divided into two parts, the book initially presents group work developed in the Institutional Assessment discipline, with significant intervention proposals for master's students. In the second part, it brings together reflections on lectures given by two experts: Dr. João Gonçalves, Director of the General Directorate of School Establishments (DGEstE), and Mestre Bercina Pereira Calçada, President of the Union of Education and Teaching Inspectors (SIEE). These renowned guests connected theory and practice by bringing up-to-date and inspiring information about educational policy, reinforcing the alignment between public policies and professional training. The interaction between leaders and students promoted reflections and concerns about Educational Administration.
