Through an in-depth analysis of the various aspects of trade union law, the volumes aim to highlight the profound differences between the Italian system, which, once the corporative system had fallen, adopted a model of regulation firmly based on trade union freedom, and the Brazilian system, which, on the contrary, is still characterised by a system largely inspired by the Italian corporative model.
