Özet:Far from being an accomplished milestone, the indigenous genocide in Patagonia extends over time through diverse consequences. In the territorial dimension, one of these effects is the forced mobility of native families who were forced to abandon their rural lands and adapt to urban life under adverse conditions. This interdisciplinary work, which brings together contributions from anthropology, history, communication sciences and drama, examines how the racist and patriarchal state policies of the 19th century promoted land expropriation and displacement, shaping dynamics of exclusion and proletarianisation. The chapters in this volume address both the historical impacts of forced mobilities and their contemporary effects, exploring individual and collective trajectories. The tensions between ethnicity, gender and class that shaped these experiences are analysed, and recent public policies that attempt to address this issue are studied, emphasising both their limitations and their reparative potential. Finally, the book incorporates an artistic perspective through the analysis of performance practices that reconstruct and re-signify the stories of displacement. This dimension not only makes these experiences visible, but also contributes to the debate on forms of cultural resistance to past violence and its current manifestations.
