The main themes here are the careers of scientific researchers from its creation until 2003 and the federalisation policies of the organisation since 1983. Finally, the third part looks at the problem of the evaluation of human resources with an analysis of the official discourse on the issue and a study of the evaluation criteria and practices of the Programa de Incentivos a los Docentes Investigadores (PROINCE). |
