| Whakarāpopototanga: | The State Technical University of Quevedo (UTEQ) has implemented digital solutions to optimize administrative and methodological processes, improving the transparency and quality of its services. The web portals allow students to easily access services such as online enrollment, certificates, and academic programs, increasing institutional clarity. A digital services evaluation model, based on seven characteristics (functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, ease of maintenance, portability, and satisfaction), was applied through surveys. The results show that 95.45% of the students consider that the website is compatible with mobile devices, facilitating navigation. In addition, 90.11% trust the data security of the academic management system, reflecting a high level of confidence in the privacy of information. These technological developments not only improve the user experience, but also strengthen the institutional prestige of the university. |
