Summary:Pedagogical innovation in the field of law addresses the need to modernize teaching methods to adapt to the contemporary demands of higher education and the labor market. The main objective is to transform traditional educational practices into more dynamic and interactive strategies that promote active learning and student participation. The methodology used includes the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT), problem-based learning (PBL), and trial simulations, which allow students to develop essential practical skills. The results show a significant improvement in motivation, academic performance, and the acquisition of critical skills such as analytical thinking and problem solving.
