Riassunto:The purpose of this book is to provide students and professionals with a conceptual and methodological basis for understanding the strategic management of human talent in today's organizations. It analyzes the modern characteristics of personnel management and its impact on labor relations, using functional models and methods to diagnose, plan and control human talent. Human resources management is explored from a strategic perspective, highlighting the importance of leadership and teamwork. Technological tools, such as Beer's Map, are presented to improve the planning and control of human talent, as well as strategies for workforce optimization and decision making with advanced analysis such as the Markov model. In a globalized world, competitive advantages lie not only in material, financial or technical resources, but also in the training and management of human talent. Therefore, this book seeks to develop a systematic and strategic approach to diagnose, predict and effectively manage human talent, enhancing organizational growth through the development of human capital.
