| Riassunto: | The book presents a detailed analysis of civil liability and the compensation phenomenon in the
courts of justice of Huancavelica. Its main purpose is to examine how the compensation process
is developed in cases of contractual and non-contractual liability, considering the Peruvian legal
regulations and their application in the judicial field. The work is structured in four chapters
beginning with the research problem, its objectives and theoretical, social and methodological
justification, and then proceeding to develop the theoretical framework, addressing historical
background, doctrines and the scientific bases of civil liability. In addition, the methodology used
is explained, including the research design, the selection of the sample and the methods of
analysis. Finally, the results obtained are presented, discussing the main hypotheses and
conclusions, highlighting the need to unify criteria in the application of civil liability. Through a
theoretical and empirical approach, the authors propose solutions to the legal problems identified,
providing tools to improve the administration of justice in compensation cases. |
