| Summary: | The project analyzes the value of constant training and development for entrepreneurs, focusing on the rural environment. The goal is to examine how continuing education influences the success of businesses in rural areas, enhancing management and leadership skills in entrepreneurs. Analysis of previous studies and surveys of rural entrepreneurs were used to evaluate the
efficiency of the training programs. The results show that continuous training contributes significantly to the growth of rural businesses by improving management skills, enhancing leadership and promoting innovation. In addition, it was observed that programs that promote social inclusion and educational innovation generate greater participation and success in entrepreneurs from vulnerable sectors. The conclusions suggest that a constant offer of training adapted to the needs of rural entrepreneurs is key to promoting economic and social development, highlighting the importance of integrating public policies
