The results show that most of the students dropped
out due to economic difficulties, followed by career change and lack of interest; therefore, the lack of psychological and academic support also influenced the decision to drop out. In conclusion, it is suggested that the university needs to implement more robust strategies to provide financial support, improve vocational guidance and offer accessible educational resources that respond to the needs of students, contributing to reduce dropout and promote a more inclusive academic environment favorable to student success. |
