Using a mixed-methods approach, the digital needs of the confectionery were identified, incorporating features such as online orders, live chat, and contact forms. Results indicate increased business visibility and improved user experience, adhering to Ecuadorian accessibility and security regulations. The platform positively impacted on customer satisfaction and sales, consolidating the confectionery's digital presence.
