Passend dazu ist Anfang 2022 in Nordrhein-Westfalen ein neues Versammlungsgesetz in Kraft getreten. Clemens Vogeler analysiert, inwieweit das Versammlungsgesetz als gelungen bezeichnet werden kann, und zeigt dabei auch die Schwächen des Gesetzes auf. Nach der Erarbeitung des Prüfungsmaßstabs erfolgt die Analyse im Kern anhand der einzelnen Vorschriften des Gesetzes, die auf ihren Zweck und ihre Zulässigkeit und nicht zuletzt auf ihren Beitrag zur Modernisierung des Versammlungsrechts untersucht werden.
