It has been in continuous operation since 1926. This anniversary publication examines the functions of the Constitutional Court and its position within the multi-level system, particularly with regard to EEA law. It also analyses other aspects of Liechtenstein constitutional law and the case law of German-speaking constitutional courts, mostly from a comparative law perspective. |
