| Summary: | The author examines the financial knowledge of social work professionals and the factors that influence it. These professionals often provide support when social problems arise. In this context, money plays a central role, either as the cause of the problem or as a means of overcoming it. This quantitative study examines the level of basic financial knowledge (financial and debt literacy) among social work professionals in German-speaking Switzerland, using binary logistic regression to analyse potential influencing factors. This study makes an important contribution to the promotion of financial literacy within the social work profession. |
