Shrnutí:How well is social work prepared for the implementation of artificial intelligence? This sociological analysis examines the opportunities and challenges of AI-based decision-making systems across the dimensions of technology, decision-making, and professional practice. Drawing on extensive interviews with experts from service providers and funding agencies, it compares current practices in integration assistance with potential changes brought about by the use of AI. The study develops seven scenarios for the application of AI in participation planning for individuals with disabilities and discusses the implications for the social work profession. The book concludes with actionable recommendations for decision-makers in welfare state institutions. This title is also available as open access.
