| Тойм: | In the exercise to develop institutional innovation capacities, creativity plays an important role in the acquisition of personal competencies among the participating actors: students, teachers, administrative staff, and external personnel to the university community.
For this reason, the University of Boyacá, thru the innovation team, has developed the innovation methodology to support and develop processes for innovative products and/or services within the university community and external entities.
This acceleration methodology is designed to connect the prototype in the development phase and increase its market potential, as well as discover potential alternative substitutes for the prototype. In this book, the reader will find the phases that will allow them to successfully complete the realization of their innovative idea.
In the first phase, the process of enhancing the rapid prototype will be developed, which consists of the initial evaluation of the constructed prototype, the redesign of the prototype, and finally, the evaluation with users. The second phase is called the market odyssey, where there is a role-playing experience whose main objective is to identify the market characteristics for the prototyped product and/or service, and finally, the methodology for value generation is explained, which consists of designing strategies that lead to obtaining greater utility from the created prototype. |
