Sie beansprucht ein als ihr von Natur aus zustehend reklamiertes Territorium, auf dem sie sich in einem unabschließbaren Prozess verwirklicht, während ihre selbstbestimmten Kriterien der Identität und Zugehörigkeit alles Nichtzugehörige innerhalb wie außerhalb des nationalen Territoriums als fremd ausschließen. Migration steht ihr von Grund auf entgegen, da sie solche Grenzen auf allen Ebenen überschreitet.
