Already debated under the "labels" of global, post-national, international, and transconstitutional, among others, the book Transnational Constitutionalism emphasizes the possible convergences between the main existing theoretical propositions based on three different elementary questions that can be summarized as follows: 1) historical—how was it formed? 2) ontological—what is it? 3) epistemological—how is it constructed?
