要約:This volume collects the reflections of an interdisciplinary research group which analysed, through surveys, seminars and workshops, the conditions of distress and psychophysical well-being among the university student population, focusing on specific risk factors. The research forms part of a wider ministerial project on the promotion of well-being and self-awareness. This study examines the context in which both student distress and the general malaise experienced by individuals are situated, in years of crisis and constant emergencies such as those following the pandemic. Within this framework, the issue of well-being is linked to public health, to the transformations in human relationships emerging from the digital revolution, and to the vulnerability of environments as opposed to the fragility of individuals. By combining qualitative and quantitative research in the fields of psychology, pedagogy and philosophy, this work aims to offer some analytical tools for understanding how spaces, times and relationships are changing for the student population and how these changes are having a significant impact on mind and body.
