الوصف
الملخص:Advanced prostate adenocarcinoma presents intricate clinical challenges shaped by biological heterogeneity and evolving therapeutic demands. This volume examines patients treated with total androgen deprivation therapy in a tertiary-care hospital between 2017 and 2020, offering an observational perspective on risk stratification, biochemical response, and disease progression. Particular attention is given to prostate-specific antigen dynamics, serum testosterone levels, and the broader physiological consequences of hormonal suppression, including effects on sexual function and general health. By situating clinical findings within tumor biology and institutional practice, the study provides a grounded account of treatment monitoring and outcome interpretation in advanced prostate cancer care.
