Over the next five years, with support from the central government, how should Hong Kong enhance its competitiveness? How should Hong Kong make use of its own advantages to seek new paths forward? This book is edited by two veteran media professionals, with contributions from scholars specializing in the 13th Five-Year Plan. It is divided into four sections—General Overview, Sectoral and Professional Cooperation, Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Cooperation, and Special Topics—analyzing the impact of the 13th Five-Year Plan on Hong Kong from the macro environment and various professional fields. Over the next five years, can Hong Kong develop the economy, improve people's livelihoods, advance democracy, and promote harmony?
