The methods of measuring inequality and their relationship with human and social capital were also characterised. For the empirical portion, it was hypothesised that for each Voivodeship, there is an optimal wage differentiation that maximizes the level of TFP. It was also assumed that this differentiation significantly fluctuates between Voivodeships. The results of the econometric analyses of the production function seem to positively verify the hypothesis. |
