Mit dem vorliegenden Band werden die Befunde der jüngsten archäologischen Untersuchungen am Theater von Ephesos und ihre Auswertung im archäologischen Kontexte publiziert. Angeschlossen ist die Vorlage der unterschiedlichen Fundgattungen, wie Keramik- und Glasfunde, Terrakotten, Skulpturen, Kleinfunde, Münzen und archäozoologische Funde, ergänzt durch neue epigraphische Zeugnisse.
