Die theoretischen und die Thematik systematisch erweiternden Ansätze werden fortlaufend durch ein Beispiel veranschaulicht. Der Auftraggeber kann durch die weiterentwickelten Planungsmodelle unter Berücksichtigung der vermuteten Präferenzen des Auftragnehmers die Konsequenzen verschiedener Zahlungsvereinbarungen bestimmen und ein aus seiner Sicht optimales Vertragsdesign festlegen. |
