Um diese Zusammenarbeit besser planen und gestalten zu können, wird ein kennzahlenbasiertes Informationssystem entwickelt, das auf die Möglichkeiten und Bedürfnisse des KMU-Controllings abgestellt ist. Das Ergebnis dieser Untersuchung ist ein umfassendes Controllingsystem, anhand dessen die wesentlichen kooperationsbezogenen Informationen zusammengetragen, aufgearbeitet und ausgewertet werden können. Somit legt das hier dargestellte Kooperationscontrollingsystem die Basis für ein integratives KMU-Controlling. |
