Im Mittelpunkt der weiteren Analyse stehen anschließend Interdependenzen zwischen Urheberrecht und Wettbewerb. Behandelt werden dabei unter anderem die für viele Informationsgüter typischen Netzwerkeffekte und Standards sowie wettbewerbsrelevante Fragen hinsichtlich Zugang und Nutzung von urheberrechtlich geschützten Gütern. |
