Die Arbeit setzt sich mit der rechtshistorischen Entwicklung des Straftatbestandes der ,,Unzucht wider die Natur mit Personen desselben Geschlechts" auseinander. Untersucht werden zeitgenössische rechts- und sexualwissenschaftliche Quellen sowie Akten aus Strafverfahren wegen gleichgeschlechtlicher Unzucht.
