Questo testo presenta i risultati del lavoro di un gruppo di ricerca dell'Università di Firenze volto ad evidenziare le conseguenze della disomogeneità dei criteri di riconoscimento del privilegio del credito artigiano nelle procedure concorsuali sul governo dell'impresa artigiana.
