Diese Studie untersucht das Phänomen der Verwandtenheirat in den vielfältigen diskursiv-konzeptuellen, rechtlich-politischen, administrativ-bürokratischen, familien- und haushaltsorganisatori-schen, soziokulturellen und soziopolitischen Kontexten. In Ver-flechtungen führen diese vom Dorf und vom örtlichen Pfarrhaus bis in die römische Kurie, vom Witwerhaushalt und vom lokalen Gemeindeamt bis in die Wiener Hofkanzlei.
