Das Gräberfeld auf der Oberen Holzwiese in Thunau am Kamp (Niederösterreich) ist mit seinen 215 Bestattungen der mit Abstand größte archäologisch untersuchte Bestattungsplatz der Karolingerzeit Österreichs nördlich der Donau. Es gehörte zu einem befestigten Zentralort, einem Herrschaftszentrum, dessen Kern ein Herrenhof bildete.
