One of the aims of this thesis is to question what the reality of “cultural economy” is and how this is reflected in law-making and life. Die Kulturpolitik Bulgariens nach der Wende hat mehrere Transformationen erlebt. Eine der wichtigsten davon ist, dass sich am Anfang eine Überzeugung entwickelte, dass jene Elemente, die nicht auf Grund der neuen Marktsituation bestehen können, keinen wichtigen gesellschaftlich relevanten Beitrag haben.
