In labour law, the legal binding force of the humane design of work and human-machine collaboration are therefore being examined. In privacy law the central question is to what extent the efficient organisation of work justifies intensive data processing. To this end, a new approach is presented, which is derived from the interplay of German and European fundamental rights and which differentiates between the two areas of law. |

Published Das Werk widmet sich der Arbeit in der Industrie 4.0, einer Entwicklung, bei der alle realen Prozesse in der Fabrik digital erfassen und so noch stärker automatisiert werden sollen. Für die Beschäftigten bringt dies Chancen, es droht aber auch Dequalifizierung und umfassende Überwachung. Im Arbeitsrecht werden deswegen die rechtliche Bindungskraft der menschengerechten Gestaltung der Arbeit und die Mensch-Maschine-Kollaboration untersucht. Im Datenschutz steht die Frage im Mittelpunkt, inwiefern die effiziente Organisation der Arbeit eine intensive Datenverarbeitung rechtfertigt.
