In gesellschaftlichen Debatten um Inklusion läuft das Humane, der einzelne Mensch, Gefahr, aus dem Blick zu geraten, da die Diskussionen oftmals nur auf systemisch-struktureller Ebene geführt werden. Betroffen sind dabei jedoch auch Aspekte der konkreten pädagogischen und konzeptionellen Arbeit und der erzieherischen Begegnung.
